Kodiak Heaters

Kodiak heaters were aftermarket heaters fitted to Canadian and American Land-Rover to improve heating over the standard, and pathetic, Smiths heaters. They were manufactured in London, Ontario, Canada by the Eton Corporation. There were several different Kodiak heaters fitted to Land Rovers. One brought air in from by the breakfast and through a long square tube to the bulkhead. The most common is the Mark III which mounted on top of the passenger footwell. (note: there was a version made for the Series III too)
